This is a 19th-century piece made of Chinese cedar.

Originally part of a four-layer book cabinet, this is probably the bottom section as it came with the original stand that keeps it lifted from the ground. Hand-carved artwork on door panels depicting bamboo and plum blossom to represent longevity and prosperity.
